As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The material must be typed in a text editor MS Word:
– font of the 12th size,
– line spacing – 1.5,
– page numbering is continuous, starting from the first.Graphs, diagrams should be given in MS Excel format. All drawings are made only in black and white, full-color illustrations are not allowed.
Tables are presented in MS Word, MS Excel format.
Mathematical formulas must be typed in the Microsoft Word formula editor or in the MathType application.
All abbreviations and abbreviations must be deciphered at their first mention in the text.
The volume of the author's material should not exceed 12 A4 pages and be less than 6 A4 pages.
In case of submission of a material larger in volume than provided for by these Rules, the editorial board reserves the right to make a decision: to shorten it (return it to the author for reduction), or to print it in full, taking into account the scientific relevance, quality, other features of the submitted material and the inexpediency of reducing its volume.At the beginning of the article it is necessary to specify:
– the index according to the classification tables of the UDC;
– the title of the article;
– the name, patronymic and surname of the author(s);
– information about the author (academic degree and title, position and place of work/study (in full and abbreviation) indicating the organizational and legal form of the organization), as well as the author's identifier ORCID or other author's identifiers (if available);
– a short abstract (from 500 to 1000 characters, counting spaces, is italicized and separated from the text by skipping a line);
– keywords or concepts (3-5).After the text of the article, there is an article-by-article bibliographic list of references, which is preceded by the word "Literature", numbered in the order of mention or citation in the text of the article (not in alphabetical order). Only one source can be specified under one number. Each item of the list of references is drawn up according to the rules of the bibliography. All bibliographic elements of foreign sources should be indicated in the original language, avoiding abbreviations if possible.
The list of references contains only scientific and educational publications (monographs, articles, dissertations, textbooks, etc.). References to the sources used are given in the text after the citation, in square brackets indicating the serial number of the citation source and the page, for example: [1, p. 25].Regulatory and legislative acts (laws, resolutions, decisions, etc.) and links to Internet resources should be issued in the form of page-by-page footnotes or in the form of notes to tables and figures. When using Internet sources, you must specify the title of the title page of the resource, the full address of the resource location and the date of the last visit to the web page.
In a separate file in English, the following should be submitted:
– the title of the article;
– name, patronymic and surname of the author(s);
– information about the author;
– abstract;
– keywords (3 – 5);
– bibliographic list of literature in English using transliteration of Russian surnames of authors, names of publishing houses, books, magazines, etc., not subject to translation, compiled in accordance with the Rules of References.When publishing a scientific article in a foreign language (other than English), the following should be submitted in a separate file in English and Russian:
– title of the article;
– name, patronymic and surname of the author(s);
– information about the author;
– abstract;
– keywords (3 – 5).

The authors who publish in this journal agree with the following:
1. The authors retain the copyright to the work and grant the journal the right to publish the work for the first time under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to distribute this work with the obligatory preservation of links to the authors of the original work and the original publication in this journal.
