Abstract

The article presents the results of scientific research on the topic "Ways to improve the financial market (financial services for individuals)". The paper analyzes the conditions and prerequisites necessary to improve the quality of financial services provided by credit institutions to the population. The factors of assessing the quality of products of financial institutions by individuals in the context of personal finance management are studied, the results are formulated based on the analysis of publications of modern authors - economists, as well as an analysis of the state of the financial services market. Also, the conclusions are based on the results of a sociological study, questionnaires were compiled for respondents of different ages, a survey was conducted. The purpose of this study is to show the objective determinacy of the transition of the financial market to a new format for providing financial services and, in addition, the opportunities that must be used to improve the satisfaction and security of consumers of financial services. To achieve the goal, conceptual provisions of a number of strategies of Russian state policy in relation to improving finances were used. The presented review of the current situation in the global economy allowed the authors to comprehensively approach the problems of financial market development in terms of improving the quality of financial services while curbing the growth of their cost. The issues of innovation and competition in the financial market are also important for full conclusions about the price/quality ratio and its impact on the preferences of end consumers – individuals. This factor is also reflected in this work.
