Priorities and purposes of state policy of Russia in the field of scientific and technological development

Abstract

The purposes, tasks and intrinsic characteristics of Strategy of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation and the State program of the Russian Federation «Scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation» approved respectively in 2016 and 2019 are considered. Special attention is paid to those indicators (indicators) of the specified Program which are connected with obtaining new knowledge due to development and the support of the basic researches providing readiness of the country for big calls and timely risk assessment, caused by scientific and technological development.
