Strategic human resource management: foreign approaches
Abstract
When forming strategy of human resource management in the domestic organizations it is necessary to consider experience of application of similar strategy and approaches in the countries with the developed market economy. In article features of philosophy of business of such countries and strategies of development for personnel founded on them are considered. The key problem of ensuring efficiency of strategies of development for personnel of the organizations is created.
