Для современного общества развитие физкультуры и спорта является одной из стратегически важных государственных задач, эффективное решение которой напрямую связано с социально- экономическим развитием региона, страны, принятыми законами, стратегиями, программами, проектами, нормами и стандартами. Инновационные направления социального предпринимательства в сфере спорта реализуются при помощи разнообразных инструментов. Анализ особенностей и проблем реализации инновационных направлений социального предпринимательства в России и за рубежом показал, что государственно-частное партнерство - необходимое условие развития сферы спорта, ориентированное на экономические и социальные выгоды государства, бизнеса и общества.
For modern society, the development of physical education and sports is one of the strategically important state tasks, the effective solution of which is directly related to the socio-economic development of the region, the country, the adopted laws, strategies, programs, projects, norms and standards. Innovative directions of social entrepreneurship in the feld of sports are implemented using a variety of tools. Analysis of the features and problems of implementing innovative areas of social entrepreneurship in Russia and abroad has shown that public-private partnership is a necessary condition for the development of the sports sector, focused on the economic and social benefts of the state, business and society.
